Yes — but you must bill through a fully licensed clinical supervisor's NPI. Amome coordinates with licensed supervisors across multiple states who are credentialed with insurance panels, allowing associates to legally and compliantly submit claims under their rendering NPI with appropriate modifiers.
Amome's administrative support team — which includes HIPAA-compliant administrative support specialists — handles billing, insurance claims submission, and credentialing support under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Supervisors participate in the process to ensure compliance.
Supervision is coordinated through Amome's licensed clinical supervisors in your state. If Amome connects you with a supervisor, they will: Approve and sign off on notes weekly, Be credentialed with your panels, Be available for consultation with Amome's admin team.
Yes. You schedule and engage with clients directly. Amome does not assign or reassign clients — your caseload is your own.

Yes. Amome operates month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts. You retain your caseload and client information upon exit.
Yes, as long as they agree to sign a BAA and allow billing through their NPI. Amome can also assist in credentialing your supervisor to ensure proper compliance.
Credentialing-only services are not available à la carte. Full membership is required to access Amome's insurance infrastructure.
Pricing will depend on your state, the requirements of supervision in that state and the individual supervisor whom you choose to work with. The general range would be between $325 to $225 per month. Contact our support team for more information.
0–44 hours/month: 1 individual + 1 group supervision 45+ hours/month: 2 individual + 1 group supervision Amome structures supervision accordingly to meet OBLPCT requirements.
This will vary from supervisor to supervisor, but generally 1 individual supervision session per month and one group supervision session per month.
Amome supports expansion. You'll be guided through licensing and credentialing in additional states based on the Counseling Compact and your supervision requirements.
All claims are billed under a licensed supervisor's NPI (rendering provider) and Amome's Group NPI 2 (billing provider). Associates do not need their own panels.
Our Administrative Support team submits and tracks all credentialing applications, re-validations, and payer contracts on your behalf.
